Memorandumi i anëtarëve të Presidiumit të Kongresit Çam (Taho Sejko, Kasëm Demi, Mamo Habib, Vehab Demi dhe një tjetër i padeshifrueshëm, për të cilin kërkoj ndihmën e miqve për ta qartësuar), të mbledhur më 23 shtator 1945 në Vlorë të Shqipërise, drejtuar Kryesisë së Konferencës së Ministrave të Jashtëm të Aleatëve në Londër.

Nga Memorandumi ne mësojmë për dy tragjedi të tjera, atë të Paramithisë dhe Filatit, gjegjësisht të ndodhura në muajin qershor 1944 dhe tetor 1944, të cilat lanë pas 2000 kufoma, gra, fëmijë, pleq dhe burra të pa armatosur, të masakruar shtazërisht nga banditët fashistë të Greqisë së pas Luftës së Dytë Botërore. Këto dy masakra ishin vetëm dy nga qindra ngjarje çnjerëzore të ndodhura në tre vitet tragjike të Luftës së Dytë Botërore në Epirin e Jugut, që shkaktuan emigrimin e gjithë popullatës së Çamërisë, që lanë atje vetëm viktimat dhe pasuritë e tyre. PRO.FO.371.48094, R 20574/544/90,Tuesday, November 27th , 1945. “Albanian Refugees from Greece” Letter from the Anti-Fascist Commettee of Chameria Refugees in Albania to the British Foreign Under-Secretary, Mc Neil” , “Over 20000 terrorized persons have fled from Chameria to Albania seeking refuge from the barbarity of Gen. Zervas’ mercenaries. Over 1500 persons have been killed in various district of Chameria. All our property has been ransacked; Albanian villages have been ruined and burned down. Fertile Chameria has been reduced to desert and inferno. All this happened at the time when we were exerting our final efforts to free ourselves from the German occupation. We addressed messages of protest to the great Allies through the Allied Military Missions in Albania, requesting them to solve our problems. Unfortunately, our requests were ignored, and we received no reply. Now the population of Chameria is in exile, homeless, without clothes or food, suffering hardships and poverty. Our only support is the noble aid of Albanian people. We wish to return to our homes and to enjoy all the rights of free citizens, all national rights in conformity with the spirit of the Teheran, Yalta and Potsdam decisions of the three Great Powers. We do not know who instigated the massacres in Chameria and the barbarous banishment of the Albanian minority. The Greek authorities allow the criminals to continue their crimes. The persecutions of the Albanian Chams, the plunder of their property and the destruction of their homes continue in Chameria. It is time to intervene in the actions of the Greek authorities in order to put an end to this disgrace. We request that we be repatriated to Chameria, where we have homes and property and can live as others do. Today all this has been unjustly taken away from us in violation of our lawful rights. It is time for the great Allies to pay attention to our requests and to solve the problem of Chameria”
