A partnership can only be effective, efficient and trusting if it is based on equality. It takes courage to speak out and communicate.
It also takes courage to sit down and listen.
I am of the humble opinion that successful leadership of a nation requires certain principles that are upheld even in difficult times and are not abandoned every day.
