The Egyptian poet, Abdel Latif Moubarak, won a shared third place at the “Sergio Camellini”
International Excellence Award competition, organized by the Italian association, Verbumlandi Art. This recognition was for his poem, “DIPINGENDO” (Painting), in the “Foreign Poetry” category of the competition’s inaugural session.
This award is considered an appreciation of the Egyptian poet’s creative work, as he surpassed many participants from various countries around the world. The Albanian poet, Agim Bajrami, and the Serbian poet, Irena Jovanovic, shared the same rank with Moubarak.
The president of the Verbumlandi Art association, Dr. Regina Rista, expressed her joy at the high quality of the submitted poetic works, confirming that each poem carried valuable emotions and reflections.
The winners will be celebrated at an awards ceremony to be held on November 22, 2025, in the Italian city of Modena, specifically in the Hall of Honor at the Military Academy’s Ducal Palace. The ceremony is expected to be an opportunity to celebrate culture and art, and to honor the winners whom the association considered “true guardians of the word and art”.
