Former Montenegro’s President accuses the USA State Department of “wrong policy” on Serbia and W. Balkans which he says led to the “terrorist attack” against Kosovo
The former President of Montenegro, Milo Djukanovic, believes that what he called “wrong policy” in the Western Balkans of “appeasement” and “concessions” to Serbia by the western powers, by the USA State Department officials in charge of the region respectively, resulted with the “terrorist attack” against Kosovo police on September 24 by Belgrade-backed Serb gunmen.
“…what happened in Kosovo is the final expression of a wrong international policy, which, as I told you, whether someone likes it or not, as a careful analyst of everything that has happened in this region in recent years, this policy was signed by the authorized representatives of the State Department for Western Balkans”, Djukanovic told Bosnian news website Federalna.ba in a video interview.
