The residential complex will be situated in the South East of Tirana in a low rise area. The Masterplan concept of the project calls attention in detail to the everyday life of the people, who will be part of it. The people who chose to leave the downtown for more privacy should have it, but at the same time they should find the alternative of not losing the social aspects inner the complex.
